Customers could return their order to NeonChamp and ask for a refund if there is a defect or error in the product or customer remorse. Defect/errors can be concluded if the product arrived damaged, expired items, quality not as expected, received wrong item or late delivery. Customer remorse can include reasons like better price found, changed mind, did not match product description from the website, does not fit, no longer needed, or ordered the wrong item. Return Via: You can return the products back to NeonChamp by mail. Yes, it is that easy! Send us an email with the product name and order number and we will shortly help you to return the product.
Return Label: It will be the customer’s responsibility to get the return label in case of defective products or customer remorse. However, if you have any questions, you can always reach out to us, and we will help you.
Return Window: The customers can return their products at least 90 days (about 3 months) after purchase. We have a quick-support team to help you smoothly return your product and we are here to help you.
Return Condition: The product can be accepted only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. However, if you find any defect, you can write to us, and we will get back to you with a solution.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee that we charge to our customers. We believe in giving the best services and experience to our clients. That is why when you return products, we do not charge any restocking fees.
